TICKET DESPATCH

You will receive an email confirmation at the time of booking.  THIS IS NOT YOUR TICKET.  Your tickets will be sent to the same email address at a later date and no later than 4 weeks before the event.

If you do not receive a confirmation email, please contact the agent who you purchased your ticket(s) from.

We regret that exchanges and refunds are not available, except in the unlikely event that the concert is cancelled and an alternative date is not available.

If there are tickets available, the Box Office at the venue will be open from 10:00am on the day of the concert.  Tickets will be priced higher on the day.

We advise that the event is not suitable for young children, especially those 5 years of age and under.  Buggies are not permitted.  

There are no child discounts.

Under 16s must be accompanied by an adult 18+.

Gates will open at 6:45pm.

The venue will be operating a no re-entry policy.  Once you have entered the venue you cannot exit and re-enter.

Accessibility Tickets

    • Accessibility tickets can be purchased via Ticketmaster.co.uk
    • People with disabilities are welcome at this venue and facilities exist for wheelchair users
    • There is a designated wheelchair viewing area located at the base of blocks 2, 3, 4 and 5
    • The arena also has an area for ambulant disabled patrons in blocks 12, 13, 14 and 15
    • Wheelchair users will receive one additional complimentary ticket for their companion to help escort into and out of the event arena
    • Please be advised that disabled and ambulant disabled tickets are limited, so we recommend booking early
    • We will always endeavour to allow a full party to sit together.  However, due to capacity limits we cannot guarantee this at all times


Assistance Dogs

    • Assistance Dogs are allowed into the arena 
    • Due reference will be given to all aspects of safety and guidance from Guide Dogs for the Blind to ensure safety within the arena


Access & Facilities for Disabled / Ambulant Disabled Guests

    • Access to the venue is via Castlehill – a steep, cobbled street, which is the only access route to the venue
    • In the majority of cases, those with disabled tickets will not have to join the main queuing system – please present your tickets at the first ticket check located beside The Hub (The Lawnmarket / bottom of Castlehill) for priority entry no later than 6:20pm
    • Should any wheelchair viewing area ticket holders or ticket holders with mobility difficulties wish to be dropped off in a vehicle at the entrance to the venue, please ensure this vehicle arrives at St Giles Street by 6.00pm at the latest to be directed by the stewards onto the Esplanade. The Vehicle MUST then be removed from the Esplanade by the bearer, returning to the Esplanade as instructed by the stewards after the performance end.

    • After this time, vehicles will not be granted access to drop off so please ensure you come in plenty of time
    • Cars must leave Castlehill by 6:30pm
    • Please also ensure you have your tickets ready to present to staff at barriers and co-operate with stewards, who are there to assist you
    • Please approach the venue via The Lawnmarket (from George IV Bridge / The Mound) and not via Johnston Terrace in order to gain vehicle access
    • Any wheelchair users who required to be picked up by vehicle at the venue will have a period of waiting until the audience has departed
    • We provide a guide time of 11pm, depending on crowds and as agreed by police
    • There are toilet facilities for disabled patrons available on the Esplanade
    • The venue does not offer the Hearing Loop System nor Infra-Red Hearing system

  • We search everyone entering the venue and employ a range of other security measures in and around the site, some of which may not be visible
  • Each member of staff is here to ensure your comfort and safety.  They have all been briefed to keep an eye open for anything unusual
  • Please arrive in good time as our enhanced security measures may mean that it might take a little longer to get into the venue
  • In order to make the screening process go as smoothly as possible, please keep all personal items to a minimum.  Only small handbags and shoulder bags will be allowed into the venue
