cinch Stadium at Franklin’s Gardens has over 1,500 spaces available across six car parks, all within walking distance of the stadium itself. Given that cinch Stadium at Franklin’s Gardens is in a residential area of the town, Saints strongly urge all guests to use the club’s car parks. Should they choose not to do so, guests must park with due care and respect to the needs of local residents and businesses.

On leaving Northampton Train Station there is a taxi rank available or alternatively you can catch the Number 9 bus from the other side of the main road.
If you are able, walking to the ground from the train station takes just 10 minutes. Simply turn right out of the station onto Weedon Road and follow that round to the stadium.
Be sure to cross over to the left-hand side of the road (where the Thomas A Beckett pub is situated) to avoid confusion. cinch Stadium at Franklin’s Gardens can then be clearly seen on the left hand side of this road.

Where an event is cancelled, rescheduled and you cannot or do not wish to attend the rescheduled event or where there is a material change to the programme of the event, you will be entitled to a refund.
If the event is cancelled, tickets will be refunded at face value. Service charges will also be refunded, but order processing fees will not be. We will provide information from the event promoter regarding cancellation and refunds as soon as we can.

IS BIKE PARKING AVAILABLE AT THE STADIUM?
There is a small bike shelter available in car park A – this holds approx. 15 bikes. There is no dedicated motorcycle parking at the stadium.
WHAT SECURITY MEASURES ARE IN PLACE FOR THE EVENT?
An enhanced security operation will be in place for this event. We are working in partnership with the Police and all appropriate security measures have been taken. Bag searching will be carried out at all entry points, so please allow time for your bag to be checked. Comprehensive CCTV system is in use within the stadium.
CAN I TAKE MY BAG INTO THE EVENT?
Yes, but it will be checked as part of security measures. All bags will need to be smaller than an A4 piece of paper in size.
WHAT CAN’T I BRING INTO THE STADIUM?

ARE THERE ANY AGE RESTRICTION FOR THIS EVENT?
Our recommendation is that concerts at the venue are not suitable for children under 16.
Whilst we recommend that these events are not suitable for children under 16, if you do wish to bring them as part of your party, at your discretion, they can attend as long as they possess a valid ticket to gain entry and there is a responsible adult of 18 and above to every two children under 16.
WHY can’T I BRING AN UMBRELLA?
Umbrellas are not ideal at an all seated music concert, obscure viewing from persons behind you and are a trip hazard when not in use.

Gates open at 4.30pm, a support act will begin at approximately 6.30pm. Rod Stewart will begin at approximately 8pm with the event curfew of 10pm.

You will be allowed access to the event until 8pm, but no compensation will be offered if you have missed any part of the performance.

No – there is no public Wi-Fi at the stadium.
WHERE CAN I SMOKE?
Cinch Stadium is a no smoking stadium. There will be one designated smoking area outside of the stadium bowl in the north east corner. Please observe signage or ask a steward who will direct you to these locations.
IS FOOD AND DRINK AVAILABLE AT THE EVENT?
There will be a range of food and drink to suit all tastes available at the event.
WHAT ID DO YOU ACCEPT FOR THE PURCHASE OF ALCOHOL?
Challenge 25 will be in operation at the event and alcohol will only be served to those able to prove their age with a passport or driving licence.
IS THERE A CLOAKROOM FOR COATS, BAGS OR LUGGAGE?
Unfortunately, no cloakroom facilities will be available at the event.
